Privacy Policy

Last updated: September 25, 2026

ToDopa is an iOS app that starts your tasks by having you take a photo proving you have started working at the scheduled time. ToDopa does not send your tasks or photos to the developer's servers.

Data We Collect

ToDopa does not collect personal information, usage data, analytics, advertising identifiers, location, contacts, or purchase information. No account is required.

Tasks, Photos, and Records

Tasks, to-do items, notes, photos taken at the start of a task, reference photos, judgement history, XP and other records, and settings are all stored on your device. They are never sent to the developer's or any third party's servers.

Camera and Photo Library

The camera is used only to take photos that confirm you have started a task, and to take reference photos. The photo library is read only when you choose to use a photo or screenshot taken within the last 3 minutes as proof of starting, or to register reference photos.

AI Judgement

Photos are judged on your device using on-device image analysis (Vision) and Apple Intelligence (Foundation Models), which runs on your device. Photos are never sent off your device for judgement.

Alarms and Notifications

Alarms at task start times (AlarmKit) and notifications such as the warning shown when you leave the app during a task are scheduled and shown on your device. Their contents are never sent externally.

Tracking, Advertising, and Analytics

ToDopa does not track you, show third-party ads, use analytics SDKs, or send your activity externally.

Deleting Data

You can delete the data on your device from Settings › Delete All Data in the app, or by deleting the app.
